Sheena Downey, the Managing Director of Digital Diligence, brings a wealth of experience in resilience, innovation, optimisation, transformation, and strategic management.

With a diverse background in sectors such as mining, construction, health, NFP, city council, and NGOs, Sheena has demonstrated exceptional skill in bridging the gap between strategy and operations.

Her adventurous spirit and professional acumen have driven her to lead Digital Diligence with a focus on business continuity and transformation management, guiding senior leadership teams to achieve strategic goals in a fast-paced business environment.

Valentina Stolar

A highly skilled Organisational Change Manager/Practitioner with 20 + years of national and international experience in successfully delivering complex, large scale transformation projects/programs of work (end to end) and supporting the organisation and its people adopt and embed the change as they transition to new ways of working.

A results focused, collaborative and commercially savvy practitioner with demonstrated accomplishments, Valentina specialises in delivering practical and sustainable business solutions. Her approach stems from her extensive experience working for Australian and global organisations in both the private and public sector for a diverse range of portfolios such as mining, oil & gas, energy, telecommunications, engineering, transport ,construction,, aviation, banking & finance and regulatory authorities. She understands what it takes to manage business challenges across changing organisations.

Office and Digital Manager

Alex (AJ) Downey

AJ is the mainstay of our office, administration and digital functions at Digital Diligence.

His work keeps the team on the straight and narrow, holding us accountable for all the essential housekeeping tasks we love to hate.

AJ's background in administration, digital and IT support, maintenance and management means he can turn his hand to whatever we need at any given time. Working in Health, Recruitment and Government project roles, and volunteering with PMIQ in the MarComm's portfolio, he has a varied background giving him an all-round skill set.
